Delivery and Processing
Taonga by TM processing policy is between 2-5 business days within New Zealand (excludes weekends). Australia may take up to 5-10 days.
Once your order is shipped by NZ Post you are given a tracking number for 'standard registered' post, NZ Post can take up to two weeks to deliver some packages.
Taonga by TM take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution with NZ Post.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange or replace your item including return postage.
We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
Pick up
We are happy to work with you to arrange a time to pick up your order within Auckland.
We do plan to attend markets within Aotearoa (NZ) and will let you know via our Facebook:

No shipping fees apply for pick up.
If for some reason you are charged the $10 NZ shipping fee we are happy to reimburse you at the time of pick up.

Shipping
Taonga by TM will happily ship to anywhere in the world.
We strongly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping options as we are unable to take responsibility for international parcels lost in transit.
